Visual Merchandising for Lagardere Travel Retail – Discover London Stores

This month I have enjoyed working with the Retail team at Lagardere Travel Retail Ltd, working with them to re merchandise their Discover Stores at London’s airports. I wanted to share with you some photos taken at the recently launched Luton Airport Store. 

My Visual Merchandising Consultancy within the stores included ; creating a front hot spot space which can be used as a monthly promotional area. We created a Valentines themed concept on the hot spot table, featuring a great selection of the amazing brands’s available in store including ; Neal’s Yard Remedies, Sara Miller Accessories and Charbonnel et Walker. All products selected would create the perfect Valentines treat for a loved one !

I worked with the team throughout the store with improving their product merchandising and link selling. As well as reviewing the current customer flow in store and making adjustments to the floor layout and product locations to improve the customer shopping experience.
