Dressing The Cabaret Window For LaDuca Shoes London

Bringing the World of CABARET to LaDuca Shoes London

I’m delighted to share one of my recent Visual Merchandising projects: the design and installation of a striking window display and in-store feature for LaDuca Shoes, inspired by the award-winning London production of CABARET at the Kit Kat Club.

The concept centered around celebrating the craftsmanship and theatrical artistry behind the production, showcasing authentic costumes and custom LaDuca shoes and boots worn by members of the cast. The window was designed to capture the bold, seductive energy of CABARET, creating an immersive visual experience that immediately draws passers-by into the world of the Kit Kat Club.

The display featured original pieces from the production, including the iconic Sally Bowles costume, alongside custom footwear created by LaDuca for the show. Every element was carefully curated to balance theatrical drama with luxury retail presentation, ensuring the story of the production could be appreciated by both theatre lovers and customers alike.

Following the window installation, I extended the narrative inside the store by creating a dedicated CABARET-themed hotspot. This secondary display continued the visual journey, allowing visitors to explore additional original shoes from the production while reinforcing the connection between performance, costume, and craftsmanship.
